Yoga is a unique tool to self knowledge on a deeper level - to reach clarity. Acting from this experienced insight enable us to obtain good health and inner joy.

Because we are different as individuals and have different access to our inner reality, the teaching will be adjusted to the capacity and needs of the student.

I offer highly qualified teachings based on the hope and intention that you find your own limits and know the asanas so well, that you don't get injured when practicing at home.

The classes are taught in Danish, but some English will be added if foreign students are present.
