Individual programs for home practice

There can be many reasons for letting me compose a personal designed program; lack of time or courage to attend normal classes, individual needs that require professional help, a desire for more focus on specific topics or just the longing for a deeper and more individual adjustment than can be provided in a class.

All you need to do is to clarify what you would like to attain through your personal practice. How much time can you - realistically - set aside for yourself? What are your weaknesses and what would you like to strengthen?

Here are some examples, which may be adjusted to your needs:

 

For instance, you may decide to practice:

2 x 20 minutes each day

45 minutes each day

3 x 1 hour a week

You would like to:

Strengthen your wrists, arms, shoulders, neck, back, abs, pelvis, knees or ankles…

Increase the flexibility in your fingers, shoulders, neck, hips, legs or ankles…

Learn to relax your throat, stomach, abdomen…

Gain more flow in your praxis or deepen your awareness of your inner world.

Increase your contact to your feet, your emotions, your breath, your inner strength or tranquility…

Write a mail:
Let me know your wishes in a mail and I'll compose an appropriate sequence and we will make an appointment. Be prepared to spend 2 hours where your program is introduced and adjusted to your specific needs. After 1 - 2 months of home practice, it's very beneficial to continue taking private lessons with a view to corrections or for refining the program.
 

Private sessions
Private sessions take place in my home, where you'll find everything needed for practicing yoga.
 
If you already have an individual program for home practice we'll see if it still suits your needs and wishes.
 
A private session could also be thematized – e.g. going deeper into standing poses, forward-bends, back-bends, twists, inversions, recuperative poses, or a yoga program for specific problems like high blood pressure, stress, insomnia, lumbar pain etc.
 
Please let me know if you would like a 1 hour, 1½ hour or a 2 hour session.
 
Private sessions take place during the daytime.

 

 

Asanas penetrate deep into each layer of the body and ultimately into the consciousness itself.
